Bayer Schering Pharma will in a speech entitled “Generating Effective Customer Insights in Emerging Markets to Deliver Added Value to Stakeholders and Drive Revenue” discuss how to add value to your brand and gain insight in your customers. The speech is held by Piotr Markiewicz, Head of CV Risk Management Group, Bayer Schering Pharma, Poland, and he will tell about the company’s experiences with our tablet dispenser the Helping Hand Data Capture device. This is a compliance and monitoring device, which assists a quick and easy data upload for physicians and patients, and it supports clinical trials and post-marketing surveillance studies. A new development allows electronic monitoring as the device can be connected via a USB cable to a computer. Thereby, the investigator can easily download a precise pattern of the patients’ tablet-taking behaviour.
