Since 1989, Medicom has been following in these innovative footsteps. Today, Medicom stands as an independent company with strong focus on innovative drug delivery devices.

Ownership
Bang & Olufsen Medicom is an associated company of the Bang & Olufsen group. LD Equity, a Danish pension fund (www.ldequity.dk) has acquired a majority share in Bang & Olufsen Medicom, while a minority share is retained by Bang & Olufsen. The management team of Medicom holds a small proportion of the shares as well. Since December 2006, Medicom has operated as a limited company with an independent board of management.
